Welcome

This blog is about sports cards. I tend to only purchase cheap items so don't come hear expecting to see big money cards. My teams collections are Chicago White Sox and Michigan Wolverines. I also have a bunch of player collections.

Random Cards

Here we are again, another random post. I did receive some cards in the mail, but it's nothing exciting so I probably won't post it here. I bought a lot of cards from my cousin, at what ended up being less than a penny a piece. It's mainly cards for my Vintage collections. It will probably take a few of the vintage years up over 50%. There was a ton of 1982 Donruss, 1986 Topps, 1987 Topps, 1986 Donruss for sure and a few odds and ends. It's going to take me forever to get them logged in and figure out what are dupes and what aren't. All in all, I should be adding probably 2500 more cards to the vintage collections.

Three White Sox collection and three Vintage collection, so once again, not much variety. Sorry about that but those are my two biggest collection so that's the way it goes.

As a bonus, I'm going to random another blog I started, although I haven't advertised it at all, mainly because it's for me but it is public. I'm not big on leaving a huge post about the pictures of cards that I post so the following blog is exactly what it says, Sports Magazine Covers, no words, just covers.

Sports Illustrated, April, 1979

They are tagged by magazine, year, sport, player and team so you can sort if you like. There is also only 60 posts at the moment but I've been adding, usually 10 at a time, a few times a week. A lot of them right now are Sports Illustrated but that's because that's what I found first. I will add other magazines when I get the chance.
