Cheaper Than Stamps #51

zzz-cheaperthanstamps

I slacked off some this past weekend so this is the 1st post in a few days.  I’m thinking about maybe upping my max bid for these posts, like maybe actually making it the price of a stamp, but I’ll have to Google to even know what that is now.  I’ve also thought about setting parameters for certain collections, so I don’t end up winning too much that I can’t afford all at once.  We’ll see, I’ll let you know what or when I decide.

We left off with the Gary Carter collection cards, today we’ll check out the former Michigan Wolverine and Chicago White Sox player. Chris Getz.

Chris Getz – 2013 Topps Update

I always like getting his cards because I don’t really come across too many of his.  He looked much better in his Maize and Blue or Black and White uniforms, but at least in this photo, they used the old powder blue uniforms.  I grabbed this card for $.29.

Here’s the rundown on how much I’ve paid and to which collection so far in the Cheaper Than Stamps series.
