Chris Sale Collection

Jeff hit me up with a couple of Chris Sale cards, always up for some Gold cards and cards that feature those hideously beautiful jerseys.

I also picked up this Chris Sale Finest from a dime box at the card show. Another of the 1983 jersey and shiny too.

These 3 cards put my Chris Sale collection at 85 cards.

New Additions - Michael Jordan collection

Michael Jordan collection

Only 1 card today, but it's of a player I don't get to often unless I purchase them. Jeff always does a great job at checking my lists before sending a package though. I did have this card as a kid because I always purchased a few packs of basketball and football cards because unlike today, there wasn't new releases of baseball cards in the offseason so I had to satisfy the itch to open packs. I didn't even watch football and I still bought packs.

Vintage Collection (1960-1966)

Jeff sent me this card, probably for the White Sox collection but I actually already had it but that's just fine because it goes right over here with the Vintage Collection.

Yes, that many cards came from the card show. Which means they all came from dime boxes. Those aren't even all of the 60's I got, I had to seperate the 67's thru 69's into another post. Here's the percentages completed on the above sets - 1960 (8 cards, 1.4%), 1961 (6 cards, 1.02%), 1962 (1 card, .17%), 1964 (5 cards, .85%), 1965 (5 cards, .84%) and 1966 (14 cards, 3.78%)

Vintage Collection (1977-79)

Another all Jeff post from 2x3 Heroes, he hooked me up with a bunch of 1977's and a 1979 card as well. I always love getting vintage in the mail. There are some miscuts up there as well so I'm not sure why he sent them to me, I assume they didn't fit in with the parameters of his collection. That's great for me though so I won't complain. The 17 cards from 1977 put's that set at 8.64% completed which still leaves a long way to go. The 1 1979 card puts that set at 9.09% completed.
