Zimmy

Today you get to see a player collection that you don't get to see much. I'm not sure why, but I just don't get very many of his.

I picked up this Upper Deck for $.23/shipped. This is my 88th card of Zimmerman. I don't know if he just doesn't have a lot of cards or if they go higher than I expect.

Alexei Sunday

Another Sunday post, well aren't you all lucky. As you can tell, the picking up of cards has picked up. Not to mention, Dennis at "Too Many Verlanders" and the better "Too Many Manninghams" sent me a package that I have to post. I've gotten the cards logged, just not scanned. Before all that though, I have a couple more posts, including todays.

I picked up this relic of Alexei Ramirez for only $1.25/shipped. I like that they use the Sox colors for the background but what I really like is that its a patch from a throwback jersey, and with a stripe.

Mike in action

One more single card post, which I guess is what the majority of mine are when I post by the envelope. This is another Vintage collection card but it's one of my player collection cards as well.

I picked up this for the Mike Schmidt collection for $.16/shipped. To be honest, I've probably seen it before because in 1985 I was collecting but I don't really remember it. Either way, it's a part of my collection now.

A Vintage Post?

I finally picked up some vintage. I hadn't bid on very many because I was winning a small fortune and had to cut back a bit. That's not the issue now, I just haven't taken the time to look. I've used up all my saved searches on my player collections so I have to manually go through each year so I usually do so on the weekends, when I remember.

I picked these 3 up for $.15/shipped, $.17/shipped and $.25/shipped. I bid on a ton of 1975's and only ended up with these 3 and these 3 put that set at 46 cards. I thought I had more than that considering I have the Sox team set.

First Heritage

Another single card envelope today.

I picked up this 2018 Heritage for the White Sox Collection for $.24/shipped. Last I heard Abreu is on a hit streak around 7 or 8 games so he's apparently the only offense we have at the moment. This is only the 5th card I have from any of the 2018 sets, the first from Heritage. Which is about right, since I only pay a quarter, I'm usually a year behind picking up cards.
