I'm listing Ebay stuff but also I got an awesome package from Dennis over at "Too Many Verlanders" and my favorite "Too Many Manninghams", although you'll see a lot of that great stuff on the TMM blog whenever I get that post together. I also received 2 huge packages of mainly White Sox cards from Jeff over at "2 x 3 Heroes" as well and both guys also sent a bunch of vintage. I'm also randomizing the posts so let's see what's next.
24 Konerko's from Jeff. 24! Base, inserts and a mini. Lots of White Sox, a Dodger and even a High School card. Like I said, lots and lots of Paulie. All of these (and the following one) put my Paul Konerko collection at 367 cards.
A big thanks to Jeff from 2 x 3 Heroes, be sure to check his blog out if you haven't already. I'm partial to his blog, mainly because he shows lots of White Sox cards for me to be jealous of and I also like his Throwback Thursday posts.
I had said before that I only had 2 posts left and here we are, 2 posts from when I said that but I lied. I have 1 more post coming and it's a biggy, but you'll have to see it over at Too Many Manninghams when I get posted. I'll try to get that done in the next 2 days so I can take the weekend to take pics and get ready to post the stuff I've received since I started these posts, next week.
In case you're interested, the reason I pretty much always post pics of single cards is because of these 2 blogs that I use to store my cards. My Personal Collections and My Baseball Card Obsession.
That Paulie collection I grabbed off of ebay was well worth the price. I think the cards I was able to add to my collection made the cost just over a quarter a card. And that doesn't factor in any of the ones I sent you from the lot - I would say at least half of what I sent you came from that ebay purchase.
ReplyDeleteI would definitely agree with you, it helped my collection, that I know for sure. Thanks
