I'm still awake

It's been a busy week at work and I've been very sleepy in the evenings so I haven't gotten anything up all week and I've received a ton of cards in the mail. Monday alone, I received 10 envelopes but it was only 5 different sellers. I'll explain when I get to those cards.

This will probably be the last day I post until next week because I will be camping all weekend as I do every Father's Day weekend.

I picked up this Sportflict of Ozzie Guillen for a whopping $.06/shipped. I remember how cool these cards were when they came out. They seem kind of uninspiring now.

I also picked up this Jim Abbott from the same seller, also for $.06/shipped. This is my 96th card in that player collection. I'm closing in on that century mark.

A couple of more White Sox cards I picked up but a little more modern are this Durham that I grabbed for $.06/shipped too, and

I picked this one up from the same seller as above for $.15/shipped. I recognize his name but that's about it, I would guess from cards alone.

I also picked this up from a 3rd seller. I got it for $2.25/shipped. It's got a stripe as well as being numbered but Mags stuff doesn't go really well anymore so I wasn't all that surprised to win it.

Base Sox

With all the autos and relics I've picked up lately, I've also picked up some regular cards for quarters as well.

I took a chance that I don't have this. I have almost 10,000 cards logged and it wasn't listed there but I have tons of cards that I don't have listed yet so I may have it. This is gold version so I took a shot. I picked it up for $.25/shipped

Again, took a shot. I didn't have this set listed in my team sets needs so I'm assuming I don't have any but like I said, I have a lot I don't have listed yet. I could just be screwing up what Bowman set this is because Bowman confuses the hell out of me with all their different numbered set in one. If I do have it, I'm only out $.25/shipped.

I also picked up this Snopek card on a guess. This card doesn't look familiar so I really don't think I have this one. It was also $.25/shipped.

1 Auto, 2 Relics, 3 Collections

I've been purchasing a lot more relic and autos lately because of the way I changed my searching on eBay. My Michigan collection has really been helped out but I did manage to land a few for some other collections.

I believe this is my 2nd autograph of Alexei. I liked him when he played for us even if his bat was very inconsistent. I picked this up for $3/shipped.

I also picked up this Chris Sale for that player collection as well as the White Sox collection. This wasn't really a huge surprise, I think now that he's on the Red Sox, his White Sox stuff has lost some of it's demand. I picked up this relic card for $2.99/shipped. It is my 135th card of Chris Sale.

I also managed to pick up a relic of Ryan Zimmerman. I do have a couple of his relics but I usually get outbid on them. I really don't pick many of his base cards up, let alone relics so this was a nice surprise. I picked this up for $2.50/shipped and it is my 90th card in the Zimmerman collection.

Bench Sunday

I've been slacking again. Sorry, but I have something cool to tell you about. I know you card collector's are constantly checking the mail box to see if you got any cards in the mail. Now, you can know before it's there. Download the USPS app on your phone (you can sign up online as well) and you can see what mail you are getting today. It's called Informed Delivery. It also tracks packages as well. You can see a scan of the front on the envelope first thing in the morning, before it's even delivered. I don't really need to know but I still find myself checking the app every morning. I figured you fellow card collector's would like it.

Let's get to a couple of cards though.

I grabbed a couple of cards of Johnny Bench. They came from 2 different sellers but I threw them up here together anyways. I picked them both up for a $.25/each/shipped. These 2 give me 78 cards in the player collection.
