Welcome

This blog is about sports cards. I tend to only purchase cheap items so don't come hear expecting to see big money cards. My teams collections are Chicago White Sox and Michigan Wolverines. I also have a bunch of player collections.

Cheaper Than Stamps #31

This is a series where I show off cards I need for my PC’s that I pick up on Ebay or COMC for cheaper than a stamp.  My maximum I spend on these cards is actually $.30 so I get them quite a bit cheaper than a stamp.

1985 Donruss – Dave Stieb #196

I paid $.29 for this card, but technically I paid that much for it and 4 other just like it.  It was a 5 card lot of this card but I only needed one so if you happen to need 1, let me know.

1985 Fleer – Mike Pagliarulo #139, Ken Howell #374

I posted all those together because I picked them up in 2 lots of 5 cards.  They aren’t scanned by lot so the lots could be any of the 5 above together.  I picked up the first lot for $.25 with $.50 shipping which is still within range per card.  The second lot I paid $.35 with $.37 shipping.  The shipping on that lot got split with a lot I purchased below which is why it is a funny amount for shipping.

These were the first 1985 Fleer added to the collection.

1985 Topps – Ron Romanick #579, Mike Pagliarulo #638

This 5 card lot was $.35 and shipping was split with the above at another $.38 which is also still well within the range per card.

A lot of the players above are first timers on this blog as you can tell by their names not linking up with other posts.

Come back for the rest of the 1980’s on this round of Cheaper Than Stamps.
